Paid, Closed and Open Ticket status

The following flow diagram explains the differences between Open, Paid, Closed tickets. 

The ticket is available to edit and has not received full payment. 

 This means the ticket has received full payment but the customer may have not received service. For example, if customers ordered over the phone for home delivery and waiting for home delivery. 

This means the ticket has received full payment and has received the service. The ticket can be closed automatically or manually. In the Case of one-shot payment like Taking out or Retail, full payment receive will automatically close the ticket. 

 

Paid tickets are not editable in Floreant POS. However ORO POS allows editing on a paid tickets.
